HR that runs
on your rules.
People, attendance, leave, payroll, hiring and approvals in one place. Every policy, field and approval step is yours to set from the screen, without a developer.
One system for everyone in the company.
Employees look after themselves, managers decide, and HR and finance run the rest. Six areas, one set of people and rules underneath.
My space
Requests, payslips, documents and questions to HR, without an email thread.
People
Records with history, onboarding checklists, the org chart and exits with clearance.
Time and attendance
Check-ins, shifts and rosters, corrections, timesheets and leave with live balances.
Pay and expenses
Payroll runs with statutory deductions, expense claims and salary advances.
Talent
Hiring pipeline and offers, review cycles and goals.
Workflows and administration
Approval flows, roles down to single fields, templates, reports, import and an API.
The same company, from three seats.
What an employee, a manager and HR each see when they open it in the morning.
Everything about me, in one place
- Apply for leave and see the balance change before sending.
- Every request shows where it is and who has it.
- Payslips explain each line, down to the rule behind it.
Every number can show its working.
Payroll, balances and approvals follow rules you can read. Open any line of a payslip to see how it was worked out and which rule it came from.
Reviewed, then approved by someone else. One person reviews a run; a second approves it before it is paid.
Advances and expenses settle themselves. Instalments come off the payslip, and approved claims are paid with it.
Statutory deductions as data. Rates and limits are tables your team can read and update.

- Wages above 15,000 are not counted
Rule from the India country pack, which HR can change.
- Monthly salary is in the band above 25,000
- Fixed at 200 for that band
- Advance of 10,000 approved in September
- Taken back in five equal instalments
Approvals that follow your org chart.
Draw who decides what. A request finds the right people, and everyone hears what happened.
Step 1 of 4 · Casual leave, 3 days
Eli asks for 3 days of casual leave. His balance is checked as he types.
Start with your country's rules. Change any of them.
People, leave, attendance, documents and approvals work in any country. A country pack adds that country's defaults as ordinary records you can edit, and its updates arrive for review, never over your changes.
Payroll rules are available for India today, with more countries to follow.

Built for the records HR is trusted with.
Each company kept apart
Every workspace has its own database schema, so one company's records never sit beside another's.
Access decided by roles
Roles set who sees whom, and can hide single fields such as salary or bank details.
An audit trail of every change
Who changed what and when, with the value before and after.
Two-step sign-in and scoped API keys
Authenticator codes at sign-in. API keys act as the person who made them, limited to the scopes chosen.
